Nora: Bridging Patients and Caregivers

Work

Nora is an application that connects stroke patients with healthcare professionals, developed as part of an European project in collaboration with hospitals such as Vall d'Hebron, KU Leuven, and CERN. During the first year after a stroke, the risk of recurrence is high. Nora guides patients through essential steps such as taking medication, logging health indicators (e.g., blood pressure), completing questionnaires to evaluate their condition, performing rehabilitation exercises, and accessing educational information about strokes.

Designed with older users in mind, the app addresses accessibility challenges and potential cognitive limitations. In this project, I contributed to art direction, user experience design, visual design, iconography, design system and other key aspects to deliver a functional and accessible solution.
