User-Centered Coffee Machine Design

In this confidential project for a leading company in the sector, we designed the user experience and interface for a new line of professional semi-automatic coffee machines, tailored to three key user profiles: Serve Over Waiter, Self-Service Retail, and Self-Service Office. For Retail, we created an agile UX for product customization and fast payments, with a UI that visually highlighted the products. For Waiters, the UX optimized production and queue management with a functional UI. In Office, we prioritized intuitive flows to enhance the self-service experience. My role included UX, visual design, Design System, art direction, and interaction design.
